The Fugro Americas is a USCG Subchapter U, SOLAS ABS Class A1, AMS, DPS 1, ACCU Vessel. The Unique design of the Fugro Americas is well suited for high-resolution geophysical surveys. The 190’x41’12 vessel is the first of a new design for research/survey vessels. The diesel-electric powered vessel provides an extremely quiet environment for research and habitat. With berthing for 38 in 22 staterooms, the vessel has all the comforts of home for the crew members and scientists assigned to the vessel.
